We are an independent Business and IT-Consultancy Firm helping clients on their digital transformation journey.

diligent technology & business consulting AG is an international Business and IT-Consultancy firm with headquarters in Frankfurt/Germany and offices in Budapest and Milan, serving customers all over Europe.

Since we were founded in 2009, we have supported our clients in a range of important strategic and operational IT-projects – assisting them at all stages of their business, digital and IT transformation. With our expertise in Customer Relationship Management, we are helping clients designing and executing successful customer journey strategies to deliver a seamless customer experience. And our Business Intelligence Services help organizations to improve on decision making, reducing cost and identify new business opportunities.

We are growing steadily and currently have a team of 25 experts with backgrounds in information technology and business.

And we mean precisely: in-de-pen-dent. Since we are partners with several leading CRM Software providers that have different procedural and technological orientations and we also have a license-free open-source solution, our customers have real alternatives. That also means, we are open-minded and put the CRM needs in the foreground instead of the name of the Software provider.

We are technology experts

We think past the conventional boundaries. For us, it is not contradictory to use Microsoft technologies [.NET, BizTalk, Visual Studio and others] and to know LAMP stack very well. We support actively the development of SuiteCRM with own code-contributions. Beyond CRM processes and technologies, we also develop custom Software, mainly in the area of .NET.

We work with you to develop solutions that meet your business requirements and ensure the implementation of your new system. But then we continue to think, because enthusiastic users of a new solution are just as important as successfully completed project tasks. We therefore support the design and implementation of change management measures as well as user training. That’s what it means to take responsibility.
